Questions, bug reports, feature ideas or licensing — the contact form on movahhedi.com reaches us directly.

The Help window on its Contact Us page: Open contact page, Copy build info, the contact form address and the support email.

From inside Am_sketch

Open Help (the ? on the ring) → Contact Us:

  • Open contact page opens movahhedi.com/#contact in your browser. The page also shows the support email address.
  • Copy build info copies three lines — the Am_sketch version, your Windows version and the Qt version it was built with. Paste them into your message.

Reporting a problem

The more of this you include, the faster it is fixed:

  1. Copy build info from Help → Contact Us.
  2. What you did, step by step, and what you expected to happen.
  3. What happened instead — a capture helps.
  4. Your setup: how many monitors, their display scale (Windows Settings → Display → Scale), mouse or pen and which tablet.

Lost your licence file? You can download it again yourself — see Activate your licence → Lost the file? For anything else, use the contact form with the email address you bought with.
